BioPepSyn Lab / Buyer FAQ

Research peptide buyer FAQ

Ordering, lot-matched documents, independent batch testing and destination-based delivery for B2B laboratory research supply.

Ordering

Ordering & quantities

Start with the product or reference, quantity and destination. The quote confirms the details required for supply.

How do I request a quotation?

Choose an item in the research peptide catalog, then use the quotation brief with the product or sequence, specification, quantity and unit, destination, required date and document needs. Selected retail references can be ordered online; others are confirmed by quotation. Review the draft and send it through WhatsApp or email.

Can I ask for a quote before every specification is decided?

Yes. Start with the product or category, estimated quantity and destination. Leave undecided fields open for confirmation; the written quotation must settle the item specification, packing, available documents and commercial terms before payment.

How are order quantities confirmed?

Vial-format, bulk material and custom synthesis quantities are confirmed in the project quotation. See the project quantity and packing guide for the fields to confirm.

Does a catalog entry confirm stock or a fixed purity?

No. The catalog is a procurement reference for names, codes and format options. Current availability, quoted quantity, purity or assay requirements, packing, storage instructions and documentation are confirmed for the specific item and project.

Can I request custom synthesis or OEM packaging?

Yes. For custom synthesis, provide the sequence or reference, scale, purity target and analytical requirements. For OEM and private label, include SKU mapping, label or pack requirements, quantity and destination. Feasibility and project terms are confirmed in writing.

Can I send a supplier questionnaire or long-term supply plan?

Yes. Include the supplier-qualification questions, forecast, repeat-order pattern, document requirements and destination in your inquiry. Use the procurement page to prepare seller, invoice, payment-beneficiary and delivery fields before a purchase order.

Documents & quality

Documents & quality

COA, HPLC, identity and content records each have a stated scope. Keep them linked to the quoted item and written acceptance terms.

Can I request a COA or HPLC report before ordering?

Yes. Use Request COA & HPLC to name the item, required records and any known lot or order reference. Availability, issuer and current-lot linkage are confirmed by project; a COA is not promised for every order.

Does a sample or historical COA prove the new order batch?

No. It shows only its stated item and lot. For a new order, match the supplied lot to the report number, date, method and result scope; see Documentation.

Does HPLC purity verify the amount per vial?

No. HPLC purity does not establish net content or amount per vial. Agree a separate content or fill-weight method and sampling scope if required; request any retained-sample evidence in the quote. See Quality & COA.

Can a bulk-batch sample be tested independently?

Yes, through an agreed independent laboratory. Define the lot, sample method, tests and acceptance limits before payment or the agreed release step. See Quality & COA for remedy and re-test cost terms.

What happens if an agreed bulk-batch test fails?

Use Report a batch issue to describe the result and add any known order, lot or report references. Before payment, record the item and lot, sample method, independent laboratory, test scope, acceptance limits and remedy in writing. If the agreed bulk-batch sample fails those criteria, the buyer may choose a full product refund or a newly produced replacement batch. BioPepSyn Lab covers re-test costs only within the scope agreed in writing before payment. See Quality & COA.

Is the downloadable COA checklist a real laboratory certificate?

No. The COA and HPLC review checklist helps record identity, lot, method and units. It is not a certificate, test result or proof of product quality; request lot-linked files through Documentation.

Delivery & RUO

Delivery & research use

Supply documents and delivery estimates belong to the project record, alongside the destination and applicable research-use requirements.

How are shipping and lead times confirmed?

Provide the country, postal code, quantity, packing and required date. Route availability, packed chargeable weight, dispatch plan, estimated transit, customs responsibilities, duties and charges are reviewed for the destination and confirmed before payment. A transit estimate is not a universal delivery guarantee. See Fulfillment.

Can B2B partners request wholesale fulfillment or partner fulfillment?

Yes. Wholesale fulfillment and direct-to-recipient fulfillment can be reviewed for a business partner project. Confirm the item, packing, per-shipment quantity, destination, route, documents and charges; availability and terms depend on the individual shipment.

Where are storage and handling requirements listed?

Ask for the storage and handling instructions that apply to the quoted item and supplied format. Include them in the written specification; do not infer one storage temperature or shelf life for the entire catalog. Buyers must follow applicable laboratory procedures and institutional requirements.

Are these products for human or veterinary use?

Research peptides are supplied for laboratory Research Use Only (RUO), not for human or veterinary administration, diagnosis, treatment or food use. Cosmetic formulations, solutions and accessories are separate catalog categories; confirm each item's intended use, suitability and documents in writing before supply. The website does not provide medical or dosing advice.

What should be checked before payment?

Confirm the contracting seller, invoice details, payment beneficiary, item and lot scope, quantity and unit, packing, documentation, testing and acceptance terms, delivery plan and charges in the project quotation. The supplier-qualification brief helps keep these records together.

Personal orders

Buying as an individual

Timing, payment, packaging and returns for personal research purchases, answered before you order.

How long does delivery take?

Standard tracked international shipping is prepared after payment is confirmed and the delivery details are verified. A delivery date is an estimate, not a guarantee; tracking is emailed once the carrier provides it. See the shipping and returns policy.

Do I need a prescription?

No. These are research materials, not prescription medicines. They are supplied for Research Use Only and are not for human or veterinary administration.

What is BAC water and how is it used?

Bacteriostatic water (BAC water) is a solvent included with some kits for reconstituting lyophilised powder in a laboratory setting. Handling, storage and any use are the buyer’s responsibility and must follow your institution’s safety rules.

Can I return an order or get a refund?

Research materials are temperature- and light-sensitive, so we do not accept change-of-mind returns. If a parcel arrives damaged, contains the wrong item, or is missing a line, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photographs; see the shipping and returns policy.

What payment methods are available?

USDT (TRC20), bank transfer, or a payment link by request — the options available for your order are shown at checkout. Card checkout is added where it is enabled for a destination.

Is the packaging discreet?

Orders ship in plain kraft packaging without product branding on the exterior. Contents are labelled only as required for customs.
