Request item- and lot-linked records against your purchase order and release needs.

Available records

Records to request

State the item and lot, then specify whether the applicable record is needed before release or with dispatch. A sample or historical report does not establish the new order batch. Use the COA and HPLC guide to interpret fields, or download the review checklist (TXT). For broader procurement and documentation guidance, visit the Knowledge Center.

For received-material concerns, report a batch issue with known order, lot and report references. Review and any remedy follow the written acceptance terms.

01

Product specification

Confirm item identity, nominal amount, purity requirement, storage instructions, vial format and packing in the written specification.

02

Third-party COA

03

HPLC documentation

Request the report date, method, result basis and available chromatogram for the quoted item and lot.

04

Commercial records

Seller, invoice, payment beneficiary and delivery terms are confirmed in the project record.
