Procurement process
Procurement brief for supplier qualification
A PO-ready route for laboratories, brands and distributors: define the item, quantity, documents, seller record and destination before requesting a written quote.
Start with a brief
Define the purchase requirements
Use the four fields alongside to request a route-specific quote. Open the research peptide directory, batch-testing guide, custom synthesis pricing factors or fulfillment guide for those specific routes.
Product or sequence
Share the catalog reference, category or custom sequence under review.
Specification or unit
State the specification per vial, purity target or bulk amount and unit.
Quantity
Vial-format order quantities are confirmed by project; custom and bulk projects are quoted by project.
Destination and timing
Country, postal code and target date allow route and delivery planning to be checked.
Vendor qualification
Make the supplier file PO-ready.
Send vendor forms or audit questionnaires with the project scope for review. Legal entity, tax, banking, certification, ERP and approved-vendor details require direct confirmation; this page does not substitute for supplier verification.
Download Supplier Review ChecklistSeller and payee record
Confirm the contracting seller, invoice issuer and payment beneficiary in the written project record.
Specification and lot files
Match the requested item, written specification and current-lot COA or HPLC scope before release.
Testing and remedy terms
Record identity, purity, content or fill-weight requirements, the sampling method, laboratory, acceptance criteria and any refund, replacement or re-test-cost route confirmed in the written project record.
Delivery responsibility
Confirm destination, packing, route, import documents, shipping charges and timing before payment.
