Quality and batch documents

Research peptide batch testing & COA review

Review identity, purity and content against the quoted item and lot. Request the records your project requires.

Records to review

The right record for each question.

File availability, issuer and current-lot linkage are confirmed for your selected item and project.

Identity
Match the named material, analytical method and reported result to the quoted lot.
HPLC purity
Review the report date, method, chromatogram and result basis against the agreed purity limit.
Amount per vial
Agree a separate assay or fill-weight method, sampled vials and tolerance. HPLC peak-area purity does not independently establish identity or amount per vial.
Current-lot COA
Confirm the item, lot, issuer and report scope before release or dispatch. A sample or historical report does not establish a new order batch.

Download sample COA format (.txt) — a blank buyer-review example, not a certificate or current-lot result.

Independent batch testing

Agree testing before payment.

For independent testing of a bulk-batch sample, settle the scope and remedy in writing.

Sample, method and acceptance

Record the product or batch, quantity, sample source and sampling method, independent laboratory, analytical method and acceptance limits before payment or the agreed release step.

Retained-sample records

When retention is part of the written scope, request the sample ID, linked lot, quantity, storage conditions, retention period and access or re-test terms.

Failed-test remedies

If the agreed bulk-batch sample fails the written criteria, the buyer may choose a full product refund or a newly produced replacement batch. BioPepSyn Lab covers re-test costs only within the scope agreed in writing before payment.

Report a batch issue with known order, lot and report references for review against those terms.
