Audit worksheet
Research Peptide Supplier Checklist | B2B Worksheet
A downloadable worksheet for recording seller, specification and lot-document evidence before a B2B quote or purchase order.
Procurement scope
A supplier review starts with a complete brief.
A serious procurement conversation begins before a price is compared. The fields below help a laboratory, research brand or distributor ask for the information that determines whether a quotation can be reviewed and repeated. Use the B2B procurement process, the research peptide supplier guide and the catalog request path when the brief is ready. Compare a research peptide supplier's order quantity, specification, COA/HPLC records and lot-matched batch documentation before requesting a named item from the research peptide directory; the third-party batch-testing guide explains the lot and acceptance fields.
Use the editable worksheet to record each supplier's written answers and flag fields that are pending, inconsistent or not applicable. Download the supplier review checklist (.txt).
Item and intended scope
State the catalog item, reference or custom sequence and confirm that the request is for laboratory research use only.
Quantity and unit
Separate vial-format kits from bulk amount or synthesis scale. Vial-format order quantities are confirmed by project; bulk and custom quantities are project-specific.
Written specification
Ask for amount per vial or bulk unit, purity target, pack format and any document fields required by your procurement team.
Current availability
Request the current item list and ask whether the quoted material is available, made to brief or subject to a production review.
Written review
Move from a quote to a documented supply path
Once the item is identified, the buyer should review documents, testing terms, destination conditions and commercial records together. This keeps the first order and later repeat supply on the same written basis.
COA and HPLC scope
Specify whether you need a third-party COA, HPLC record, lot reference, report date or a buyer-arranged independent test.
Sampling and acceptance
For a bulk batch test, agree the sample source, laboratory, method, acceptance threshold and remedy in writing before payment.
Destination and route
Provide country and postal code. Route, packing, transit estimate, import documents, duties and responsibility are confirmed by destination.
Commercial record
Confirm the contracting seller, invoice details, payment beneficiary, delivery terms and any supplier-qualification questions.
Audit worksheet FAQ
Questions to resolve while completing the worksheet.
Which fields belong in a supplier audit worksheet?
Record the supplier's written seller identity, item or sequence, specification, quantity and unit, current-batch document scope, testing terms, packing, destination and open questions. Link each field to a source or mark it pending.
How should an audit worksheet record order quantity?
Record the route and unit exactly as quoted: vial-format order quantities are confirmed by project; bulk and custom synthesis quantities are project-specific. Record the confirmed quantity for the applicable supply route.
How should a sample or historical COA be labelled?
Mark it as sample or historical and keep the lot, report date and scope separate from a current-batch record. A reference file does not establish the identity or quality of a new lot.
Does this worksheet certify a supplier or product?
No. It is a buyer review aid. It does not certify a supplier, confirm regulatory status or replace a written quotation, current-lot file or institutional review.
